I am local to the area so i'll at least be up there for the day on Saturday, but I might be getting a room at the Gap Store and staying up there with a few Z owners.

Who else is gonna be up there?

Can someone name a hotel close by that might not be booked up? Never been and don't know the area.

there is nothing close by, but fontana village might have a hotel room still

closest town is Robbinsville NC though. about 30 min drive

Thanks Mike. I heard someone mention they thought Fontana was full. But I'll call tomorrow to verify. 30 min drive is more than OK though.

Myself and the Z Club of Florida should that Wednesday evening. Can't wait to sit around the fire pit! I've got the same cabin as last year.

Yes sir. Tires will be going on sometime this week. I ll hopefully finish a few small projects on the Z before Z Dayz. No Dodge this year with a trailer. Erin is going to endure the ride up there with no A/C, no radio, and no Interior.

Hopefully have my new front splitter completed for the Escort fascia by this weekend.

two things: ice packs and ipod/mp3 player of some sort... that's how i survived the 2+ hour trip to columbia in bryan's car when it was 107* outside :bowrofl:

Hey Woady .. have you worked out any logistics yet with Pam / Drea on whether the Z Club can meet up with you guys on the way to Z Dayz? Last year we met up with some folks at the Flying J just over the GA border as well as within ATL. Just curious if you would want to try to coordinate that for this year?
