Atlanta Dragway (Commerce, GA) 1/4 Mile Test & Tune

a straight line may not be everyone's cup of tea, but just seeing if anyone would be interested in drag racing and going to Commerce one Friday... $20 to run all night. one night that i went i was able to get in 5 runs within an hour (yeah, just a little too much).

Atlanta Dragway: Track info

gates open at 6:00pm, could meet up with anyone around mall of georgia before to caravan up...

this weekend is an Import Faceoff event, so this Friday may be a little busier than usual... but i think i may still go because of cooler temps and to see if some of the Pros in town will be testing.

i think i'll go this friday while the temps are still cooler and since there is no rain forecasted for friday... always seems to be a problem.

but i'm willing to go again another time, installing intakes soon so i'll need to do another test run.

could meet at the (Exit 115 off I85) Borders / Burger King parking lot in the Mall of Georgia area @ 5:15pm and leave 5:30pm... for those who were interested in this Friday.

'10: something came up and i can't make it tomorrow, but let's try to plan for another time with a group.

blue370tt: what times do you think you're running? i know helmets are required for 13.99 and faster, and i think a roll bar is required for 11.99 and faster. just be sure to check with the track before making the drive. worse case scenario is that you can clock an 11 second run without a roll bar/cage, and then they won't allow you to run any more after that.
