Different Derek (not sure why all Nissan mechanics are named Derek lol), but wife and I have been using our friend Derek for all our Nissan maintenance since 2009. He is the BEST Nissan mechanic in the country imo. And no that’s not hyperbole, dude can rebuild a gtr dct trans overnight with one hand tied behind his back. (Ok, the one handed part is hyperbole).

Thanks guys! Not so much a financial issue, but rather my car can't go 10 miles without the clutch pedal going soft and losing clutch fluid. And towing it there is going to cost a pretty penny (prob. more than the job itself lol).

And yes, the reviews and horror stories of Fever Racing is what's scaring me

Any chance ya'll want to make a trip to Tampa and help a fellow Z brother?
