Got a little aggressive buffing out a scratch and got down to the primer right where the passenger fender takes a bend and heads toward the tire - anyone recommend a good paint shop in the Bradenton/Sarasota/Tampa area? What a way to start the year.

Damn that's pretty intense. Were you using a polisher?

Yeah, a random orbital polisher. Had no idea it had enough cutting power to do that but it was right on an edge. I had an issue on that fender a few months back and I think the guy who fixed it actually did some wet sanding there. So my guess is that it already had next to no clearcoat right there and I just pushed it over the edge.
Gonna get some quotes on fixing it and depending on how much that runs I might go ahead and upgrade to custom fenders like the Carbon Signal V1/V2's or the RS1's that Mr&Mrs used. Everything happens for a reason. |

Nice, maybe I'll have you polish my fenders, I got my eye on the v2's with carbon fiber. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So today I swung by RevWorks and Ordered some Gramlights wheels and Swift springs to be installed. I hope they get here in the next week or two. They will install, and do alignment on the car etc. They are a stand up group of guys there, very professional and treated me with respect. Its a bit of a drive for me but it should be well worth it!

Please be careful with revworks, I had them order and install swifts on my car, and they ended up charging me way more than they quoted me. If marti was the one who quoted you, make sure he is there when you pay, because Matt will try to rip you off. Those guys love to try to **** you on price which is why I won't be going there anymore.

Or you could just come to my house to get them installed for like half the cost.
Duh. But seriously. I just got a set of impact sockets for Christmas that I'm itching to try out. Zdayz 2014!!

I've checked craigslist and seen a few parts, but figuired i'd ask here first. |

I think that's the ones I think I showed you? haha And you know I woulda had you install them but this was a one stop shop so I don't have to travel anywhere ya know. Just gotta wedge the wheels back in my car to take them home.

Any recommendations for reputable custom paint shops that can do 370Z headlights in SW FL? Preferably Naples/Ft Myers area?
I'm in Naples and would rather not have to drive to the east coast across the alley chipping my paint as I go 200+ miles round trip.. I realize i live in snoozes ville, but there must be some hidden gem of a shop in the area. Also a performance/installer shop familiar with our cars would be the icing on the cake. Thanks.
