there is any way to track a car title?

If someone in GA send back his title for some modification or corrections, can he track his title online? or through an email?

I do not believe so. Title is just a piece of paper. If done at dealerships though they might report it to carfax? not sure though.

I just received a reply from the car owner, that the dmv informed him within 2 weeks the dmv will meet the previous owner and let him sign the Title then they will send it bak to him.
