Oooookay, so the update I just got, they've spent the last hour and 45 minutes trying to get my car on the rack. Apparently being lowered and having FI 1st gen pipes, the cans are hanging too low to get it on the machine.
 I just told them if they can to take the rear sections off and get it on the GAWDDAMN machine, get it fixed and gimme back my key!  rawr. fml
