If you mean trying to pass her and her speeding up so I could not then yes that is what happened. And down shifting is not reving!

somehow that doesn't surprise me. she's one of those drivers that pretty much refuses to use cruise control so she's constantly varying speed by 10 or 15 mph when she's not paying attention

I know it was hard to watch knowing how much fun every body was having.
