Tinting place in Atlanta Georgia

Anyone know of a legit good place in atlanta? or duluth. or w.e. And what is the legal tint percentage? What percentage do you think would be dark enough without the cops on my butt.

K&L window tinting on Buford Highway in Norcross,
I have had my last 6 cars done by them including my 370z.

I think legal is 35% they can tell you they have a chart.

Oasis in lawrenceville does good work and the legal limit is 32% or 35% cant remember which
