Atlanta Area: July 24th (Saturday) Meet @ Z1
 

Alright guys. Deleted old madenew to add a poll.

We need to decide Saturday or Sunday for this.

Since ZCON is the next week, I would suggest a getting ready for it meet (detail, clean, install) if alot of us are attending.

Also this is the only real weekend open as previous is the Forged Dyno Day.

lets hear the thoughts.

Date: Saturday July 24th, 2010
Location: Z1 Motorsports.
Time: 10:00am till Whenever people get sunburnt.
Pre-Meet meet: Varsity downtown @ 8:45-9:00am. (Departing from there at 9:10)
Things to do: Getting work done on cars, working on cars. Chit Chat. X-box. Play with the water hose (girls must wear white).
Lunch: We are going to grill.

Who is bringing what:

Daisuke149: 50 burger patties (seasoned)
Z1804: Chicken.
Z1: The Grill.

WHo is getting what done to he car:
Daisuke149: Exhaust -> dyno -> y-pipe + Stillen G3 + Oil cooler + Smile.
Z1804: Intakes + Exhaust
Mike: Grilling!! <Appointed by me!>

now saturday is better for me, I have to install a set of corvette brakes for a customer on sunday.

btw, I didn't put the R compounds on so I can drive the car out to Z1 on saturday if we have it there. I did raise it half an inch, and am driving it to work tomorrow. Will find out on thursday night if it clears the speed humps leaving my work parking lot.

Carro de Boi is fairly cheap up in Roswell!, but Sal Grosso is my favorite over in Marietta

Sal Grosso isnt bad, but you havent lived if you have not been to Fogo de Chao. It's unmatched service and food for brazilian steakhouses. They also make the perfect caipirinha.

I agree!!! Solely n the fact that i havnt been to any other one!

man, I hate to differ, but I prefer Sal over Fogo myself. I thought the meat at Sal had better flavor, but I've only been to the Fogo in atlanta once. Also been to one in Sao Paulo Brazil, and it was way overpriced compared to all of the other ones I normally go to there.



have to add though, they are all pretty darned good!

Hey Guys, Saturday Seems to be the date of choice. we are getting close so we need to decide when.

As for where, honestly I am throwing my vote up for z1. personally I have some things I need to get installed and then hit the dyno again to compare against my baseline.

Suggested varsity 8:45-9:00am. Head out 9:10 am.

For food, everyone can bring in something little and we can grill there, they are letting us use the grill. I can bring the burger patty's (flavored, spicy, awesome)

what time can you make? we can save you one drink and one ruffles chip.

Z1 is a good idea actually. I'm hoping to install my exhaust and intake on that day. I'm planning on bringing some chicken, plates and utensils. If anyone is a vegetarian please let us know.

you can bring the pepto bismol for everyone. since your arriving later it should be the perfect timing

Nah, they'll be working on people's car and dynoing until they close. It will be more than food.
