before you get an xd hold one compare it to the glock and then do the right thing and buy the glock lol

haha i preferred the XD to the glock, both are good tho. the XD was more comfortable in my hands and better balanced to me. it probably varies depending on user

i'll have my g30sf with me sat if you want to check it out, it is the widest of the glocks though so its a little bulky but it is a .45 subcompact w/10+1 capacity

I hate the subcompact glocks, I have to have a deathgrip on the thing b/c I feel like it's going to fly out of my hands!

i've got it for concealability, its nice to not let everyone around me know that i've got a gun or draw unwanted attention in places. most people are sheep and freak when they see a gun. they won't fly out of your hands if you have a good grip on them and have proper training
