i did hear some people complained about noise of 1 condo. i believe it was people who the townhouse is their permanent residence and probably bitch anytime someone is visiting the one above and make any noise at all. that is where i see a bit of a downfall since i am of the group who will have people over for bevs and conversation probably come drinking games and music as well lol i had about 10 people over at mine and had no complainants even with people staying below me.
