Even with a local shop 2-3 is pushing it i think. Paint has to be be done carefully, then you have to seal it back well. Cheaping out will just require you to do it twice - i've been there with headlights on my IS300. Shitty retrofit and paint job, started leaking almost immediately, and it looked terrible
Save up for a second pair of headlights, send those off to a good outfit to get them painted. You'll probably be able to sell your stockers later. There's bound to be used headlights in the FS section, or even your local used parts supplier |
