The A/C always ran, full blast, fans on high. Couldn't turn off the A/C or the fans or switch to heat or even use the defrost functions. It was just always on prior to being fixed.

I've seen other posts complaining about it, but it seems to me that at least on my car it's not just "poor", it's actually broken. The A/C is always on. Hitting the button for A/C doesn't turn it...
