Thanks for response.

I thought that rasp with hfc exist only at mid range rpm and hiss on deacceleration. I hear hiss ( or slight rasp Im not sure ) only on hard full throttle acceleration....

Nice review!

I have checked my Z with FI exhaust on dyno few times . With this exhaust there is about 7WHP gain over 6000rpm, no difference 2500-6000rpm and signifcant loss of WHP and TQ below...

Finally I ordered 2016 HKS made Nismo OEM exhaust from my Nissan dealer. Should be more quiet but still better overall than stock - I hope so.
