I tried to use a towel folded multiple times to protect the stock shift nob, but I ended up completely destroying it anyways. I didn't really care because the black nismo nob is so much better. GL!

Ok, so I saw this thread and it got me curious. I ran out and bought blue uchida fabric marker and did a test run on my boot. I went stitch by stitch. It took me about an hour to do the entire boot....

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the break-in period for the 370z is 1200 miles under 4k rmp. Just keep it under 4k and I'm sure you'll be fine.

You can just transfer one to a local dealer, I'm in the SW and I looked into a transfer from the NE and it was 1500. Ended up finding one local but I'm just saying 1500 < 3500 if you're in a rush.
