It gets more looks than my dropped G37 did, probably because I honestly think it's the only one in town. Though getting the windows tinted and putting on some Forgestars certainly didn't help with...

I've never heard of that and based on a Google search I'm assuming it's bull. The only two hits on Google are this post and the CL listing. Just looks like a 6MT Roadster w/Touring package.

All that stuff is installed at the receiving port out near LA, Nissan's "final point of assembly". At least that's what my salesperson told me when were shootin' **** while waiting to sign papers...

Pretty typical for a dealer unfortunately to recommend a **** ton of work/parts without even looking at the car. Back when I had the G37, the Infiniti dealer gave me a laundry list of stuff to do....

I can attest to that. Had V12s on my G37, they were near worthless below 50 if the roads were wet at all. Can't imagine having to drive through snow in them.

The key's been burning a hole in my pocket for the past month, just couldn't resist the urge when I was out in the garage cleaning stuff up I guess. The roads are dry and I took the long way.

Thanks all for the input! Some good opinions on both sides. Seems like most of the split comes in the area of comfort. I plan on getting the touring package, so I won't be missing too many things...
