Old owner wrong touch-up paint

The previous owner touched up spots on the body and the paint looks completely different color grey ( mine is KAD ). Can I just re touch-up those spot again with better paint ?

I have a 2013 Bose Non-Nav

I got a new Head Unit (pumpkin) 7"
I purchased a metra 70-7553. The head unit doesn't power up.. i can put the old system back in and it works.
