Hmmm, thats weird. I have a 2014 370z also and didn't run into any drilling to fit. I did **** up and pull one of the stock bolts outta of the header to cat pipe which added an hour to the time...

Just to add onto my previous post, the rear light has seen lots of rain and a wash at least once a month. I haven't seen any water inside of the light housing.
