I have one of the newer kits with the plug and play MAF extensions and it didnt come with it.

When I spoke to them they said they didn't put this pulley in the kits as they felt it wasnt needed....

If your going to run the 9lb pulley you will need a shorter belt as the tensioner is at the end of it reach with the standard kit supplied belt. You will want a 7PK2635 belt. I discovered this...
