Why am I not seeing good numbers vs the rating on the 370zs?

Still seeing 265-280 range with an increase of almost 30 hp...

Do any of the 370z models come with an OPEN differential? Seems to me in that 2nd video is a one tire fire. I had a G35 with open diff and always had one tire completely gone and I would hate to go...
