is it possible to ask the forum members about ACA without being political???
In particular I keep hearing on tv that the deductibles will be from $5,000 to up to $12,000. Meaning the patient will pay the first $5k before the ACA starts paying the bills.
If that's true? How many young people have $5k? No politics please. Is this true? or I'm just not listening well when I watch TV??? Right now I just want to understand this plan better. I'm NOT trying to cause a political discussion.... If it's a political question, please delete. It's just very hard to get the facts. Everybody has a different view.
