I have been over here in the Middle East (Oman) for a few months now. I bought a Rebel XTI before coming here, and have been having some fun with it.

These are just some of the ones I've taken. I have about 1000 on photobucket, unedited. The account name is "greaseinoman" and the password is "trumpet1"
Feel free to check them out.

Also, I know a lot of people have ideas about the middle east, and Arabs in general. If you would like to hear about these issues from someone who has been living with an Arab family, etc. just shoot me a message.
