Night Photography
Looking for advises for improvement in composition and light rather than photoshop :)
Any comments would be much appreciated  http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure55974-2.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure55977-5.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure55976-4.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure55975-3.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure54167-1.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure54628-1.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure52531-2.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...095-370z-3.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...73-1122111.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...hjfhjfjhfh.jpg I took some of my friends' car and my car. Any artificial lights involved were cellphone lights :ugh2: |
nice, what setting are you using?
|
More backlighting like the amuse kit-white one on the street. The Inifinity is a better color to blend the front lights, but all the other shots are too washed. Even the garage shot with the 370z amuse is just too washed out. The one shot with the 370 in the garage with the light overhead is growing on me as a unique style.
Otherwise, looks great and your shots are lined up good for some great dramatic and classic photos. Good work! |
nice work! I like the 1st and 4th photos best. On the first, the reflections are a little distracting and the crop is a little tight for my tastes. The rear of the car needs a little more lighting too I think.
I like the crop on the 4th pic, and I like the lighting/coloring on the background. Probably the only thing I would add is a little more light on the face of the rear wheel to match the front. 3rd pic is great - as stated in another thread, just close the garage door :) |
Thank you all for commenting regarding my shots :)
I really appreciate all your inputs. Hans. |

I love night shots. I need to do some with my car.

hyunsoo1803 ^ ^ I like both the first picture ( G coupe or Altima coupe ?) and the pic before the last ( detailed front/side face Z shot) . . . You have skill in finding texture and contrasting lightings.

Hyunsoo, mind if I borrow your thread for the same thing? I'm learning how to do night shots and would like some advice from the pros :)
