I am actually quite impressed with the basic lenses. I really do miss my Zeiss and Leicaflex lenses, not to mention my old Mamiyas.... but those days are gone for me!

My girlfriend and I shoot with a Nikon D700 and D90 both with battery grips.

our lenses:

Nikon 70-200mm f2.8 VR1



Nikon 10.5mm f2.8 DX(crop sensor) fisheye



Nikon 85mm f1.8



Sigma 30mm f1.4



Nikon 16-35mm f4 VR



Nikon 105mm Micro VR (yes.... Micro, not typo lol)


for flash we just carry an SB600 unless we need the studio lights.... needing to buy the Vagabond Mini still.
