There are a lot of good art schools you can go to. Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the art institute accept any student that has money? I found

There are a lot of good art schools you can go to. Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the art institute accept any student that has money? I found that strange because most schools only accept students that have a good portfolio.
