Photoshop Favor Please

A little background..

With the overall setup I'm going, I just want CF accents/minor additions to stock body parts to make the Z look more aggressive..

I already installed the EVO-R CF side blades and I'm getting the INGS front CF lip.

However, for the rear, I initially thought on simply getting the OEM CF rear splash guards offered by TheZstore.com but I'm starting to think they won't do the job..

I'm interested in getting the rear bumper spats as pictured below for my Z. However, I don't want them fully match-painted neither full carbon fiber..

With docaam's permission, if someone could please photoshop the rear spats so the top part remains in body color and then where the spat "splits" make it black (simulating leaving it in CF as I would do) all the way to the bottom..

Thank you very much in advance for the help..

Also attached a picture I found with the spats already in black.. This one would require to body paint the top half of the spat, above the "split"..

Thanks!
