Alright, I have been itching to get a prime and the two options I am considering are the 35mm and 50mm 1.8 Nikkor lens. I'm not sure if the focal length of the 50mm is just a bit too long and whether the 35 will be a bit more versatile in situations such as car shows where there is not a lot of space to move around the lens. The distance in focal length between the two is not huge but I wanted to see what you all think:
For shooting automotive photography and people, which of those two focal lengths would you prefer and why? Thanks in advance!
