Yeah man, so if you want to keep the lenses you currently have, then you shouldn't get the 6D, or any full frame body, as the 18-135 and the 10-18 won't fit full frame bodies. My honest suggestion is to keep what you've got and invest in better lenses if you are looking for better image quality.
IF you want to just spend money, buy a 6D with the 24-105 and you're set. Can't beat it, really.
