Bought my mom a new camera for her birthday this year, a Canon PS 280SX. While we were over at my grandparents this weekend I tried shooting out in the backyard with it and snapped this one...

HKY, that's an AMAZING shot for a non-dslr.

Here is an example, taken in near darkness with 2 flashes, 7D w/85mm 1.8 @ 4 about 10 feet away give or take.

#2 has better depth and contrast to show the water droplets, but I'd like to see you back down the vignette a little.

+1 Agree. I like the increased saturation but the vignetting is a little over the top. In #2 did you use a polarizing filter or is it all software?
