Two GTR Black Editions and a TT C6 Z06!
 

went up to cars and coffee this weekend to meet up with MC and DVH from the nagtroc.org forum. we enjoyed C&C for a little while and then headed across the road to a nearby industrial park to take pictures of these two ultra-rare cars. the black edition is new for 2012 model year. it includes the SpecV wheels which are the lightest OEM wheels available for the car, blacked out interior with Recaro seats which have red trim. production of these cars started just a few weeks before the quake and these two made it out just before the quake hit. the black one is the first off B/E off the production line, the white one was the first one delivered (2nd week of May). there's only a handful of these cars in the states right now as most were either destroyed or delayed by the earthquake. the white car belongs to DVH's wife and the yellow C6 is his. here's my take...

Wondering if the GTR Seats fit in a Z. The GTR in white is damn sexy man.

not this time, talked to MC about coming down to a clemson autox later this year... i'd rather hop in for a fun run at the end of the day in that kind of situation than just a ride around the block on busy public roads around a mall... that's just me tho. i've riden in so many GTR's now, most of them on the track, that to me it's just not the same. i will say i sat in MC's car and the new seats are AMAZING. suuuuper comfy, feel very much like Porsche's TechArt optional seats for 911's. great side bolsters and firm seats but the leather was butter soft. love it!!

that's a good question, i would think they are a little too big tho, they are very tall and also pretty wide compared to what i remember of Z seats. honestly, i just don't know. i know Z seats won't work in my truck... a forum member on clubfrontier tried and the back is too high :(

plus im still in break in period mileage... barely turned 500 this past weekend
