Default BMW E28 and Porsche 968 Turbo S Photoshoot - 10/18/10

as many who keep up with my (side) work know, i've been shooting for heritage motor werks for over a year now. i've gotten to shoot a lot of really cool, rare cars over that time and while it is a job and i do take it seriously, we try to have a good time while we are shooting. this particular shoot stands out as a good example with a few "haha!" moments in the album so be sure to check it out. what we have here is my friend trevor's E28 which he is putting up for sale and a porsche 968 turbo S. my understanding (and i may be wrong) is that porsche did not sell a turbo version of the 968 here in the US, only the 2.5L N/A. this is not only a turbo but it's been fully built pushing 26lbs of boost and puts down crazy power figures. also, HMW wanted a few shots for their website of bobby, their techician, whom i and trevor used to work with at the dealership. he is a 30+ year veteran of the mechanic field. anyway, here is the album:

Looking sharp! You never fail to impress. btw, how many lights did you use for the engine shot?

just two AB800's, at each front corner of the car up high right be the edge of the lifted hood firing down, bare flash (no box)
