Nice shots Alchemy. I saw three full size rock crawlers yesterday in Corolla. They were pretty cool. Didn't have my camera though.

Your white balance seems to be a bit warm in these. If it was intentional ignore this comment... but if it's not.. I figured I would give you a heads up.

It was intentional. Is it too much???? I think the shots look pretty good, I love the first one. Im an amature photographer lol. Part of the prob is I edit on my gf's pc which has a crappy screen and I dont truely see what they look like till I post em and look at em via my Droid. I really need to break down and buy the new charger I need to get my HP up and running. Thanks for the advice though.

As long as that is what you wanted the outcome to be then its fine. I personally think it could use a little less. If you wanted to keep the warm tone to it, you could desaturate it just a hair to make it a little less intense. I really just wanted to give you a heads up in case it wasn't intentional.

Just found this thread and figured i would post a few of my favs from my deployment. Pics were taken with either a D70s or D700. I have literally thousands more to choose from (4k+) so i have plenty more if people would like to see some others.

Here are a few from a car meet I went to recently. All were taken with a Nikon D700 and 35mm Prime with no flash.
