Excellent work. I don't shoot cars but intend on getting out early to a local car show and trying my hand. My experience with tarmac...its even better when its wet!
You can open up the front of the car a little with a big reflector. I have a few 4x6 sheets of foamcore for such instances. Haven't used 'em on cars but they work great for broad fill and smooth highlights. Umbrellas are no good, nasty reflections! DS

i shot all the exteriors with natural light, no strobes. only the interiors and engine shots were lit. thanks tho!
