how scratched are the tips? can you take a better picture. Im not expecting new at that price but it still a bargain

The tips are in great shape and the only place that has scratches is underneath which can only be seen under the car.

Doesn't the Hi-Power have the Helmholtz resonators? Or did they make a different model of it early on?
