Can you powdercoat them the same color as the 40th Anni wheels?

N, I, S, M in Black and the O in Red on each wheel?

Do you know if I can reuse the center car from my stock 19s?

I can do las gunmetal or flat gunmetal. Difference is that for those wheels they use liquid paint
