Maybe because in Japan its right hand drive that is why the bar mounts are in different driction?

That would make sense, at the same time it's really dumb to make things like that different from RHD to LHD, but I've come to realize Nissan isn't exactly the smartest company...

So I guess the buyer will have to make it fit
