I live in Tulsa. I'm not sure how much it would take to send it to georgia. I wouldn't think it would cost but maybe $50 bucks tops to send it anywhere in the US. I'm just guessing though.

is the exhaust after Stillen changed for cross member clearance , etc?

I don't have a clue thats something you would need to ask Stillen. I purchased this exhaust about 3 months ago.
