Luciano - It should, I will confirm. The only thing you wouldnt use would be the center console cover.

OK so the part numbers for the surround piece are the same, so i assume the parts to fit the navi just go where the box on mine goes, so it actually should fit.

It will fit both, you just need to swap over the nav bezel piece. It's held in place by 4 screws - once removed, "snap" the air vents off (small clips,) replace bezel and reassemble.

Luciano, sounds good man, but I can only think of one issue, if we swap consoles I wont get the center compartment cover from you since you have navi. I may have to price that out from nissan and see if its worth it.
