You know FI charge 160+ for this, just saying.

NOT TRUE...that's if your buying a new cbe from them, it's an additional $160. To buy this piece alone from FI It is much more than what the seller is asking.

I'm looking for 12" res too. Will swap at some point (hopefully)

Now that I've had the 12's on for a few days....If I had to do it all over again I would go non res. 12's are a little louder but not a real noticeable difference. That's just my opinion.

I have non res and I'm looking to switch for 18"....
