WTB Solid Red Rear QP

just got hit recently and my rear quater panel is pretty messed up. insurance only wants to pay half instead of 100% so might be looking for a used part instead of having them get a brand new one...

must be solid red. zip code is 75044.

Can this piece be replaced? I thought it was welded in?

I have no clue. cause the other guys insurance that hit me only wants to pay 50% so damn. Not sure if i want to pay out of pocket or go through my insurance. any idea how much is it to replace it?
