It appears we have a pathological liar amongst us. :( He won't get a dime from me!

TonyZ34 06-05-2014 12:39 AM

Me too! Even though it's been months like DE!

Bryan212 06-05-2014 01:54 AM

I bought a "370z" rear emblem and got the Nissan rear emblem instead. I went on ebay and just bought a new one instead of saying anything about it. And it took over 2 weeks before he even shipped it. He said it was returned for insufficient postage. He only put 1 stamp on it.

Jeezus, I'm glad we all came out of the woodwork.

I bought and received a nismo rear from him recently, haven't fully unwrapped/test fitted yet but the half I have unwrapped looks to be just as I Requested, I sent him a piece of a bumper that I had my local body guy spray a color match of my rear quarter panels on it, and from what I can see so far it looks damn near dead on... I can't give a 100% satisfaction yet, but once I fully unwrap and install the bumper I'll letcha guys know... So far though my interactions/transactions thus far have been legit and straight forward. I'll letcha guys know what my final opinion/experience is. So far so good though

That's how my transaction went, and I sent my gas cover to color match. Color wise, it's pretty on point, but give the bumper a slight flex, and/or check the edges to see if the paint are really painted on

coop370z 06-05-2014 09:10 AM

Bought a rear bumper from him. Was very prompt and responsive over the 2 months it took to get here. Got the bumper and at first sight the paint was okay. Whoever painted it did not remove the adhesive from the 370Z emblem and Nissan emblem. They just painted over it. The rear diffuser area was plastidipped, when he said it was "matte black" thats what he meant. The plastidip is already peeling on arrival and i havent even installed this thing, the minor damage on my current bumper isnt bad enough to put this thing on.

Are you guys serious? He put mine in the mail in less than 24 hours. He texted me pictures of the item too. Maybe I got lucky?

You just bought emblems, not bumpers like these guys.

Gotcha. We'll good luck to everyone else!

TonyZ34 06-05-2014 10:30 AM

Honestly, just waiting if he even is going to reply or fix all his problems.

ufoz8mycow 06-05-2014 10:47 AM

I was juuuuuuuuust about to pull the trigger on the black cherry rear bumper he is selling... After reading this thread I am holding off, pending his response to the complaints from everyone else and my request for more pictures and a much more detailed description of the condition of the bumper.

Seems like it's hit or miss.. Some people got hosed, some people seem to have gotten what they wanted.

Only picture I got it shows the bondo carbon fiber on the bottom became useless

Like I said he lies. Shipping didn't cost $150. " Just needs a repaint"? BS etc.

zilverbullet 06-05-2014 02:07 PM

Are these parts being sold through the forum or what other websites is he selling these parts from so we know to stay away?

TonyZ34 06-05-2014 03:00 PM

At first I tried to but Paypal didn't let me so I sent the money where they charged me the fee

coop370z 06-05-2014 03:03 PM

Not knocking the guy at all. He was very responsive and a good seller. The plastidip diffuser and painted over adhesive is rather disappointing though. Now I'll be forced to either add a 370z badge or have a shop remove the paint and adhesive and re paint.

fairlady_z34 06-06-2014 02:27 AM

Hope everything goes well for you, more than likely not... but one thing I learn from this is dont buy body parts from this guy especially if he say he is gonna paint for you... good luck with future buyers

No reply, no deal, nothing.

Repaint now that it has this shitty fuckíng paint job is estimated at the price of a whole new bumper.

Lol you bought a fcking emblem, it's pretty hard to fck up such a small transaction.

I hope the guys affected can get reimbursed for having to do a repaint, it's going to be expensive since more labor required to completely strip the shitty paint job and repaint:(

ufoz8mycow 06-06-2014 12:27 PM

He seems to have disappeared since this thread came out.. I PMed him and said I'd still be willing to buy the bumper if he just gave me more information and a few more pictures so that I can be sure of the condition. No response. Glad I dodged the bullet and didn't pull the trigger before I saw this.. Hope everyone else gets their problems resolved somehow.

cooltoy 06-06-2014 01:08 PM

Like I said before, I have never bought anything from him, but my spidey sense was always tingling in my few dealings with him.

The motherfuckíng wind is eroding the paint on my bumper
I had more paint on my bumper at the beginning of the day than I do now

Look at the bright side, you wont have to pay extra to have the paint removed.

Hasn't since. If he wants to refund me $250. I'll take it and the bad blood will be gone, and I'll go pay $400 to have the paint taken off and repainted
