2014 Nissan GT-R Black edition rims no tires (So.cal) 91316

I have a set dealer take offs with only about 100 miles on the rims. Rims do not come with tires. I'm located in so.cal 91316 (Van Nuys) I'm about 20 min's north of UCLA.

Why are the rims up for sale ? Sold the GT-R.
it was an 09 with 12 updates. How did I get these rims, taken in on trade + cash.
