You guys that think Paypal has you covered are fooling yourselves. Here's what happened to me. I file a $1200 dispute with Paypal. Paypal rules on my behalf and rewards me $1200. However they can't collect because the seller already sucked his account dry. Even though this dude may be on the level, don't fool yourselves with Paypal. Even if you use a credit card through Paypal you aren't always guaranteed your chargeback will be successful.

Buddy, I've sent $8000 to Sam@GTM and I had to open a dispute which he transferred it into a Claim, stupidly.

PayPal tried to get the money from his wife account that he had associated with his GTM PayPal, obviously the account was empty, 0, nada, null, nihil. Then they've tried twice, same result. So they had to give me my money back and take it further with GTM.

PayPal covers you as long as you don't send money as gift.

I showed paypal documents to prove seller did not comply with sale and they refused to do anything. I won't use paypal or buy from vendors that are paypal only. PayPal sucks!
