IPLG. I've been at work all day since 6AM, twelve hours later, I'm still here at work. I called my local postal office and they said they'll call me back, I haven't heard back from them. And as I mentioned in the past many times, I'm in the medical field, I don't have access to Internet or my cell phone at all times.

It shows tracking generated because I print out the label at home and drop the package off in the drop box since by the time I get off work the postal office is closed. I can't control what the postal office does or does not do once it is in their hands. Once I drop the box at the postal office I don't check the tracking number for movement unless I'm notified of an issue.

I received info that there was not a package ever sent or checked in period that they
Can see. Why is that.? Post offices fault I assume.

I'll let you know when I hear from them. I mean, the drop box is an unmanned box. Nothing gets scanned in at the time I drop it off. Normally somebody from the postal office will empty out the drop box the following morning and scan everything in. Why it didn't get scanned in, I have no clue. That is what I'm waiting to know.

About he dropped the ball back in December and I did get my refund after going through PayPal myself, again that was not voluntary either on his part in January of this year They pulled it from his account for me then.

I asked to get in the last batch, didn't get in that either... Was told I would, but others had paid and I was guaranteed this batch.. So I paid immediately once again
To get in this batch, was told my handles were reserved and would be ready to ship... A page back he even posted pics of them being done.? So, thinking I'm ok finally I received a
Click-n-ship... Now after a week and a day No further communication yet again.
Other than he'd check into it.., I've called usps, there is no package that has been sent according to them today when I called myself.

So, I guess everyone should count themselves lucky you did actually
Get them bro- cause as of today- I haven't even gotten a peep still.
I'm at a loss.

Amazing.
Hope you get the end product man...but after the previous incident with this guy I didn't see any "genuine person" you speak off. Went the local shop route and TBH a happy customer.

FYI, with all the complaints, everything is just regarding the time frame of getting the handles. Complaints are what? 3-5 people out of 40-50 handles I've done since I've started. NONE of them have been about any major quality issue with the work itself.

I've had a couple of people contact me regarding damaging the handles themselves, whether during the install or months after. I either charge a small fee of $25 to redo the handles, and on a few of them I didn't charge them anything at all except to cover shipping cost.

Go to your own body shop or go through me, it doesn't matter to me as this is just a side hobby that is nothing related to my real job. Just ask your body shop what kind of paint or clear coat they use, most of them are using bottom tier versions of PPG and Dupont. Clear coat? Probably nothing to go home about.

As of now, I only have three outstanding orders. Never has anybody been "cheated" out of their handles as it seems with all these complaints. People that had submitted claims received their money back without any issues.

If you're not longer interested in what I am offering but just still have a grudge on what happened in the past, feel free to PM everybody you feel fit to know your story, but please stop polluting this thread.

If you have real concerns or questions, PM me. You'll get a reply back typically within 24 hours, max of 48 hours. I have a family, I have a job, I have a life. I don't check this thread every single hour or day.

Plan is to spray the handles tomorrow evening, assembly on Thursday, drop off at the postal office Friday. I've been out of town this past weekend with family so I couldn't get anything done.
