Wonderful review and write up Bryan! I agree that Nissan went overboard with loc-tite on those screws, about 75% of the screws I have to remove gets stripped.

I left them all in tact for you to "try" and remove.
Once the screwdriver spun once i knew it would be A bust... So I figured I'd try and save you some hassle. I'm glad I worked with you and without your great Paint job and assembly I would've passed on this Mod all together. But I'm so glad you came back. Sorry for the hard time in the beginning as well On my behalf. I hope my reviews and help will Make up for my shortcomings of trust. You are definitely a hard worker and It shows. When ppl see your handles they will understand How hard this must really be. I know I couldn't paint them - no way.! Mad props to you for all the hard work You do helping to make all of our Zs look Better! I even gave you big thumbs up and props On my IG page too brother.! I'm proud to own these and display both Our hard work that went into these! Omg... But ur sooo right. I know if there's a shortage of loctite. I know where it all went. Into every Nissan car on the market.! Good lord.!... Not to mention their shift Knob removal too. They must dump bottles into one car no doubt. Lol. Keep up the strong work my man! It shows. If I can ever help I'd be more than Happy as well. I enjoyed the write up and hope I can help others who are on The fence that there is hope! And We are here to help too.!

99% I can repair minor damages to the handles. Those screws are loc-tited so much that 50% of the time the inserts becomes loose and starts free-spinning. I have found that industrial grade epoxy actually secures them better than what they're using from factory.

FedEx attempted delivery but I was at work and they require a signature. Will be picking it up on Monday.

The quality of the paint work on these door handles must wildly vary because the ones I received on Saturday had several issues. Both handles had several spec marks and one even had what looked like a small bubble, or area that was welling, that had a pin hole mark as if it had been purposely deflated. After a month of waiting, poor communication, and all the non-stop drama on this forum, I probably shouldn't be surprised but am still fairly disappointed. I shipped mine back for a refund today.
Buyer beware. Despite the cost, lengthy wait time, and claims of workmanship, this is nowhere near professional quality. The convenience of a core swap may be there but it's not worth the hassle and let down. Hopefully others have had better luck with these. |

Thanks for your honest review. But as I stated earlier in out private conversation, the "pin holes" you mention is solvent pop. Happens when the ambient temperature is high and the final coat flashes before the previous coat finished gassing off. It's a common problem that is fixed by sanding/polishing, if needed, another coat of clear. And as I've stated in the past, I had tried using three "professional" shops to do the painting for me but they came out terrible.
