Rims do not have tires unless you want to pay extra for the tires I just bought (still brand new and was going to send them back to tire rack). The exhaust price is firm unless you want to pick it up then it will be less due to no shipping.

Are those emission friendly? I don't wanna fail emissions. Just wanna make sure you before I send you American money :P

I did not fail emissions because of them so I would assume they are.
