I thought you had to withdraw the money prior to the case being disputed in order to end up with a negative balance. In that case, he withdrew/transferred the money

I thought you had to withdraw the money prior to the case being disputed in order to end up with a negative balance. In that case, he withdrew/transferred the money to his account... Which would mean the money is in his pocket from unknown sources for unknown parts.
