Thank you Chop. I did order it with thermo but they were in back order and they couldn't tell me when they will be available. Thanks for the tip.

Id stick with the Z1 kit if I were you and just wait until they get their thermos back in stock. Its a great system. Good luck on your sale.

I emailed Z1 and Mishi about their kits way before making my decision. Z1 rep replied back to only one question. After that I emailed Jon Parham a few times I never got a reply back. Then I called and no one answered so I left message and no one called back. Send few more emails letting them know I want to do business but I find their customer service not be up to my standards and never received a response. Still because of the reviews that I saw here for the Mishimoto kit I went ahead and purchased the Z1 cool kit with the Thermostat sandwich. When I received the kit it came with then non thermal; I called them (finally got someone on the phone) and they told me the sandwich is in back order and since they don't know when it will be available they sent it without the thermal one. So then I asked an estimated day and the answer was "we don't know" so I had to request the $40 I paid extra for the thermal one and that was a challenge to get back. Emailed them like 2 weeks after, asking if they have an idea of the thermal. No Response. So I went ahead and started the process of installing the Z1 kit with the regular sandwich. That's when I ran into fitting problems where the hose ends were hitting the Engine Mount regardless of the position I twist the sandwich. So I took pictures of all the challenges fitments I went trough and asked for a solution. Never got a replied from them. Called them, left a message, waited two days and up to today I still haven't heard from them. Then I started contacting Mishimoto to get their kit. And I am going to be as honest as I am with the Z1 experience. The Mishimoto customer service so far has been awesome. I can call and get someone on the phone and I've been working with Anoy over emails. Yes I did run into leaking problems. On the Banjos and the hoses but because of their customer service they already sent me new seals, new ring and new hoses in a two week period. Yes I shouldn't run into that many problems with a kit but knowing you have a good customer support counts for me. So far the Mishimoto is installed and have no problems. I do need to install the new hoses they sent me because of the leak and of course their 19 row cooler even though it did a good job let the oil hit the 240 mark while on the track this past Saturday. But I am working with them to get a bigger cooler now. So far Mishi has been great as far as the customer service while Z1, I don't think they will get any business from me. I don't know if Mishi customer service was like that before where now it has a bad name here in the forum but now my experience is the opposite. I guess no company is perfect and they all have their good and bad reps because I have a friend that all he has is good experience with Z1. So who knows, is a strange world after all lol.

Well me neither but I just didn't feel comfortable having a product that I don't have any support. Maybe this was a one time bad luck with Z1 and of course I hope all goes well with Mishi but when something bad is going to happen is going to happen. :-(
