Final sale went down this weekend without a hitch.
Just wanted to make a post giving great feedback to Tb09z. This was certainly an unorthodox transaction but he communicated well, paid on time with no hassle and did exactly what he said he was going to do and what was asked of him. Hope future sellers/buyers consider his offers strongly because he's as straight dealing as you could ever hope a forum member could be.
