Oem knob is rubber, nismo is leather if I'm not mistaken

False, both are leather and the same.

Also false. Standard knob has textured leather; NISMO knob is smooth leather.

Damn I hate being wrong, but yea, there's a tiny difference. Not worth the $180 in my opinion however.

Base/Touring on left, Nismo on right.
